Founder and CEO
Shailesh founded CredAcc in response to the challenges he faced when exploring cutting edge loan origination and servicing technology to power Loan Frame, a leading SMB lending fintech in India. His vision with CredAcc is to empower financial institutions with no-code technology to enable them to be more nimble in adapting to meet the credit needs of small businesses. Prior to Loan Frame, Shailesh helped build Copal Amba from a start-up to the #1 global outsourced financial research & analytics industry leader with over 2,900 professionals and 200 institutional clients. Shailesh held executive leadership responsibilities including running global sales, global delivery and global operations and actively participated in defining company strategy and assisted with M&A transactions. Copal Amba was acquired by Moody's. Copal’s institutional investors included Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup. Shailesh started his career as an investment banker with Piper Sandler where he advised technology companies on IPOs, secondary offerings, convertibles and mergers & acquisitions. Shailesh is an angel investor with investments in over 20 startups. Shailesh received a BA in Organizational Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
Co-Founder and Head of Product and Innovation
Akshun oversees product and innovation at CredAcc. He has steered the product development of the CredAcc platform since its inception. A technology enthusiast and a credit underwriter at heart, Akshun is focused on digitizing the entire lending process without compromising on underwriting thoroughness. Akshun was previously with ADM Capital, an investment manager investing in distressed and special situations debt of medium sized businesses. Previously, he led a team which managed a $80 billion US private equity and distressed debt fund client of Copal Partners. Akshun started his career as an investment banker with Cogence Advisors. He has a deep understanding of risk assessment, security creation and restructuring mechanisms for small and medium business lending. Akshun received a dual Bachelors and Masters Degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and earned a MBA from the Indian School of Business.
Co-Founder and CFO
Rishi leads finance and compliance. Prior to CredAcc, Rishi managed equity investments in the financial services sector for Canara HSBC OBC Life, an Insurance fund with $1.2B in AUM. Prior to HSBC, he was an equity research analyst and headed compliance at Copal Partners where he ensured information security compliance for sensitive information shared by top-tier global investment banks. Prior to Copal, he conducted audits of very large and complex global treasury units of HSBC Bank. Rishi started his career with KPMG where he conducted statutory audits of financial institutions. Rishi received a BA in Economics (Honors) from Hindu College and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Head of Technology
Shon leads technology strategy and is responsible for overseeing engineering initiatives including software development, platform security and infrastructure management at CredAcc since its inception. Shon has extensive experience in financial services technology, building enterprise applications which are scalable, secure and cloud native. Previously, Shon was a Technology Architect at Accenture specialized in designing and building world class distributed systems of different size and scale in microservices and service-oriented architecture. At Accenture, Shon was a consultant to Goldman Sachs for a decade where he delivered projects in North America and Asia for its sales, operations and reference data departments. Shon received a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University.

Bill serves as President of Sanoch Management. Previously, Bill served as a Senior Advisor to the Chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase from 2008 until 2012. Prior to that position, Bill was the Chairman Chase Card Services, the nation’s second largest credit card organization, from 2003 until 2008. From 2005 to 2007 he served as Chairman of Visa International, leading the organization to its IPO, the largest in U.S. history in 2008. Previously, Bill oversaw Citigroup’s Global Consumer Business, including global branch banking and credit cards. He became Chief Executive Officer of Global Citibank in 1996 and Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup’s Global Consumer Business a year later Bill is an avid supporter of the arts and serves as Vice Chairman of the Brooklyn Academy of Music and Chairman of The Byrd Hoffman Water Mill Foundation. As an activist philanthropist, he serves as Board Chair of The END Fund, a private not-for-profit which has supported more than 1 billion treatments for people at risk of neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) across Africa, the Middle East, and India. Bill received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Alberta and earned his MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
Toos is a Senior Partner Emeritus of McKinsey & Company. Toos joined McKinsey in 1983, was elected Senior Partner in 1995, and retired from the firm in 2015. At McKinsey, Toos led the Americas Risk Management Practice, the Americas Banking and Securities Practice and the build-out of McKinsey’s global Risk Advanced Analytics capability. Over the course of his career, he worked with financial services institutions on a broad range of strategic and operational matters. From 2016 to 2021, he was co-Chief Executive Officer of MIO Partners. Toos currently serves on the Board of the Royal Bank of Canada and is the Chairman of the Risk Committee. He holds seats on a number of other boards, including MIO Partners, the Advisory Board of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and the Board of the New York Philharmonic. He is an adjunct professor and Executive-in-Residence at Columbia Business School. Toos earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Parag co-founded two private equity investment management firms, Vedanta Management and New Silk Route with commitments above $2 billion. Previously, Parag was CEO of INVESCO Private Capital where during his 23-year tenure over 300 investments were made, including Amgen, ARM Holdings, Costco, Metro PCS, PictureTel, Polycom, Staples and Starbucks. He has been named multiple times to the Forbes’ Midas List which ranks the best global investors. During his continuous 35 plus year career in making investments, he has helped to build operational and strategic teams and to grow companies that enjoy a market capital exceeding $500 billion and created over 500,000 jobs. Parag is on the Advisory Board of the Center for Advanced Studies on India at the University of Pennsylvania and is on the Indian Advisory Council of Brown University. He is also a Founding, Global Advisory Board Member of the Wilson Center in Washington D.C, and on the U.S. Advisory Board of the Royal Shakespeare Company. Parag earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the West Virginia College of Graduate Studies.
Sanjay co-founded Gojo in 2014 and is its Chief investment Officer. Sanjay is an investor with experience in the lending sector in 25 countries collaborating with the World Bank, ADB and UNDP among others. Previously he served as CEO of a Cambodian financial institution. Sanjay received his Bachelors from Delhi University and is a qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
