CredAcc Technologies US and our affiliates (“We” or “Us” or “Our”) respects the privacy of our users and visitors (“User” or “You”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how We collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when You visit Our website www.credacc.com including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If You do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site. 

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert You about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and You waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification. 

You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

a. Personal information that you send us through the site
Contact. We offer “Contact” features to business that are interested in hearing more about Our products and services. Information sent using this feature is encrypted. Do not send sensitive personal information through this functionality. The Site may offer links to call or e-mail Us. Those links facilitate your contact through your phone or e-mail system and are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
Careers. The only consumer functionality on the Site is to allow You to contact Us regarding career opportunities, Information sent using this feature is encrypted. We do request resume and reference information. Please note that contacts sent to Us via the Careers functionality are not employment applications and are treated as preliminary inquiries. Please do not send sensitive personal information through this functionality. Candidates for specific jobs with Us submit a separate employment application to begin that process. If You are interested in hearing about employment opportunities, use the Site feature is entirely optional. You are welcome to contact Us by phone, e-mail, or regular mail to start this process. We do not currently offer this functionality for non-US or California residents and encourage you to contact us through other channels.
b. Information automatically collected
We automatically collect certain information when You visit, use or navigate the Site. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when You use Our Site and other technical information. a. Cookies and web beacons
We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Site to help customize the Site and improve your experience. When You access the Site, your Personal Information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Site. You may not decline web beacons. The Site may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with Us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data You provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Site. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions
7. Cross border transfer of your information
We may share data of leads collected using the Contact Us functionality internally with our India / other office people.
8. Security of your information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your Personal Information. While We have taken reasonable steps to secure the Personal Information You provide to Us, please be aware that despite Our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, We cannot guarantee complete security if You provide Personal Information.
9. Policy for children
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If You become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact Us using the contact information provided below.
10. Storage period
We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). 

When We have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, We will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then We will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
11. Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting You can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform You about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting You can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. If You set the DNT signal on your browser, we will respond to such DNT browser signals.

a. Access to specific information and data portability rights
In some jurisdictions, You have the right to request that We disclose certain information to You about Our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. Once We receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, We will disclose to you:

However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
c. Emails and communications
If You no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from Us, You may opt-out by: (i) noting your preferences at the time You register your account with the Site; (ii) logging into your account settings and updating your preferences and (iii) contacting us using the contact information provided below. 
 If You no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, You are responsible for contacting the third party directly.
13. Sale of personal information
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any Personal Information. We will not sell your Personal Information to any party. If in the future, We anticipate selling your Personal Information to any third party, we will provide You with the opt-out rights required under applicable law.
14. California privacy rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared Personal Information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
